We hope we can answer here any questions you may have about our program that were not answered on the Home Page.  Here are the most common question we get in regards to our program.  Our programs are legitimate and geared to teach you skills that will benefit you for a lifetime.

• I do not have a credit card to pay for training fee.  Is there any other option?

We do not accept payments by mail such as money order, phone orders or mailed check.  We offer the opportunity to pay by bank transfer. However, you will not be able to get access to the training program until the payment has been received and cleared.  If you have further queries regarding payment, please contact us at support@edatagroup.co.za for instructions on how to make your payment.

• Do I really get training for all these data-entry jobs, or just a list of jobs?
  

We like to think of our program as first, a training program for ALL the data-entry positions we mention, and second the job sources to go with them, unlike about 99% of the so-called data-entry programs on the Internet that will only give a list of jobs and NO training to perform the job tasks.  With some of our programs we will list jobs exclusive to our company and its job tasks.  Many will not require more then a simple sign-up form.  We also have jobs where it will be as simple as you placing a bid of how much you are willing to do the data-entry project for; if the company or person likes your bid, you get the assignment.

• How do I know I am going to get paid for the work I do?
  

Our training program will cover all of this. We have a couple of simple administrative accounts that will handle all the details of payment, and tracking your earnings in Marketing Data Entry. You will be offered an escrow account for some of the word processing and transcription jobs you may be making a bid on. The escrow account will hold all of the money from the person or company paying you until the work is done. This will assure that the company will get their projects completed, and that you get paid.

• How do the companies pay me?
  

Most of the companies will either pay through your PayPal account, or mail you a check; some do offer payment by direct deposit as well. It will be important to have a PayPal account to fully benefit from all of the job opportunities we offer. It is the only way many of the companies will send payments. If you cannot get a PayPal account you can still benefit by this program and the training we provide; however, you will be limited in some of the jobs offered.

• How often do I get paid?
  

This will depend on which of the four programs you are doing, and which companies you are doing work for.  There are so many options: from being paid directly after you complete an assignment, to once a month. We will let you know more details in each of the training programs on what to expect and how often you will be paid.

• I'm not a good typist can I still do this program?
  

We will give you training to help better your skills as a home typist. That is why we charge a fee for this program for the training to better yourself in these fields. Typing speed and accuracy can be obtained through practice and experience, and we will give you practice software that will help increase your speed and accuracy.

More important than speed will be the need for good grammar, because for many of the data-entry transcription jobs and word-processing jobs this will be a requirement. We even give you a style sheet that can help you with this as well. The two programs that will not require great grammar will be data-entry research, and data-entry marketing, for these are usually not as critical a requirement for doing work for the companies in these programs.  So you see this program is designed for everyone, from the novice to the advanced user.

• Do I need to be a computer expert?
  

You will only need a simple knowledge of using a computer, for example, how to copy and paste, how to locate files on your computer, how to find a Web site in your Internet browser, and some other basic knowledge. We will give you a place to learn some of the basics before you start your training that will teach you these easy tasks at no additional cost. To do these jobs you will not need to know how to program a computer or anything that complicated.

• Can you explain exactly what the job training you offer?
  

We offer four work-from-home data-entry training programs:

1.)  Transcription Data Entry

With transcription training you will be learning how to do general transcription data entry, which is one of the largest available work-from-home jobs on the Internet; these jobs often cannot be filled due to the difficulty of finding people with adequate knowledge.

We will give you an introduction to medical transcription as well, however, there are other skills needed to perform medical transcription such as medical terminology. If you already have medical terminology training, and are HIPAA certified, then our transcription program can teach you what you need to know to get medical transcription work from home.  We will also list hundreds of medical transcription jobs, as well as general transcription jobs.  We will supply you with all of the software needed such as the transcribing software and digital-audio software as part of your training membership price.

2.) Data Entry Word Processing

The word-processing program will teach you how to use word processor software, such as Microsoft Word. As part of our program we will give you a free word processor to learn with if you do not have Microsoft Word. You can even use the free word processor for all of the job assignments you will receive. If you have any knowledge of Microsoft Word, you know that this software by itself can cost over $200; we give you one for FREE.

3.) Data Entry Research

Data-entry research will come in two ways: typing research reports for particular research companies, and our primary focus of participating in the research projects themselves. We teach you everything you will need to know from how to get an endless supply of research projects, to typing your opinions, reviews and preferences as specified by the research company. You will get paid for every project you complete, and the pay is usually pre-determined by the length of the study.

4.) Data Entry Marketing

This is the most popular type of data entry on the Internet.  This is because of the simplicity of the job tasks, and how quickly you can start earning money.  No real typing skills are needed because there are no time restraints to type the short ads and post them to the Internet.  This is a real data-entry-marketing training program that is used by the big businesses that are advertising on the Internet.  You will learn the same techniques that have made many companies and people wealthy from being a data-entry marketer. 

THIS IS NOT A POST AN AD ON GOOGLE marketing program with a bad tutorial that will lose you money like almost every other work-from-home data-entry on the Internet is.  We have many companies, along with our training techniques, that will earn you a very nice income for some very easy work.  We will show you how to promote a small handful of companies that have asked exclusively for our members to work for, and for which we will pay you directly. We have many ways to market the companies you will select, and many will not cost any additional money.

• How long will the training take for each of the programs?
  

The training times will vary for each student. We will not hide the fact that these are a little lengthy because of the amount content you will be learning.  It will be critical that you take the time to learn everything that your are taught.  If you are trying to make money by tomorrow, then this program is not for you, and we suggest to go look at one of the "get-rich-quick-schemes" that are guaranteed to waste your time and money.  Our programs are legitimate and geared to teach you skills that will benefit you for a lifetime.  We do want to clarify that the training will not take a year, a month, and probably not even a week.  However, we do not want to put any time frames to it because members will tend to rush to meet these times, and miss valuable training in the process that can make things difficult when performing the jobs tasks for the companies.

• How soon will I start making money (after training)?
  

Each program will be different for when it starts putting money in your pocket after training. Most will start producing very soon after you have completed your training as long as you are applying yourself with the efforts needed.  With Data-Entry Marketing many members have produced earnings the same day they completed their training.

• Can you take the membership fee out of my first check?
  

No.  This will be impossible because in order for you to start doing the work to earn an income with all the thousands of companies, you must go through any of the four training programs first.  You are not paying for the jobs, but your membership is for the training.  So in this case we would be giving you free training, and free jobs, not to mention that our company will not know how much you are earning with many of these jobs since we are not involved with any aspect of your earnings for the outside companies we list.

• Are these training programs interactive with the trainer?
  

We will not be breathing over your neck during your training, so you can work at your own pace.  If you do have any problems, questions, or concerns about any particular part of your training, we have a complete staff to help you out.  We will make it a point to keep you moving in your training without delays.  If you can agree that we only offer e-mail support with response times usually 12 hours or less, then this is the ideal training program for you.

• Are taxes taken out of my check?
  

eData Group will not take any taxes out of your checks, and the other companies, and administrative accounts will not do so either. It will be up to you to report your taxes as based on your country's tax laws.  Most of the companies you will work for will submit a 1099 form at year's end.

• What about my personal information?
  

When you sign up for any administrative accounts you will need to give your basic information such as your name, address and phone number.  No one will ask you for a credit card.  We will list optional methods to post your data-entry marketing, that also use a secure third-party processor. Again these are optional.

• If I sign up today, when can I start my training?
  

WE WILL NOT SHIP YOU ANYTHING BY MAIL.  All of our training is done through our data-base program site, which you log into for your training. Once you make your payment you will be given access to the site to begin your training. Access will be emailed to you within 48 hours after order and payment has been confirmed.

If you somehow do not get your access to training, e-mail us and we will assign you a login user name and password within 48 hours.
